2. Equipment advantages
  1. The atomization system adopts an innovative airflow atomization structure, which uses a dual hole eccentric mechanism to achieve two-stage atomization. The uniformity of the droplets is good, and the particle size of the powder can be adjusted according to the two-dimensional curve of the QFN-CX-NZY8-075VER2018-1A atomization system to achieve adjustable particle size.
  2. The atomization system nozzle adopts diamond coating, which is more wear-resistant than ordinary SUS304 material. The service life is more than 10 times longer than SUS304.
  3. It can be upgraded to a low-temperature spray dryer (equipped with the low-temperature drying system QFN-CX-5-MD10 of Qiao Feng) to achieve spray drying of materials at a minimum of 35 ℃. The research and development of new materials is of great significance. It can realize spray drying of materials in a wide range of 35-280 ℃. High and low temperature integrated spray dryer can be realized. It is different from the general high temperature spray dryer of 180-280 ℃.
