- The atomization system adopts an innovative airflow atomization structure, which uses a dual hole eccentric mechanism to achieve two-stage atomization. The uniformity of the droplets is good, and the particle size of the powder can be adjusted according to the two-dimensional curve of the QFN-CX-NZY8-075VER2018-1A atomization system to achieve adjustable particle size.
- The atomization system nozzle adopts diamond coating, which is more wear-resistant than ordinary SUS304 material. The service life is more than 10 times longer than SUS304.
- It can be upgraded to a low-temperature spray dryer (equipped with the low-temperature drying system QFN-CX-5-MD10 of Qiao Feng) to achieve spray drying of materials at a minimum of 35 ℃. The research and development of new materials is of great significance. It can realize spray drying of materials in a wide range of 35-280 ℃. High and low temperature integrated spray dryer can be realized. It is different from the general high temperature spray dryer of 180-280 ℃.

3. The number inside represents the average particle size (in micrometers) of SAUTER measured by Topler. QFN-CX-NZY8VER2018-075A Atomization System:
For example, if the final average particle size of the dry powder is around 3 microns and the known conditions are that the solid content of the feed solution is 10%,
So the required average wet droplet size is 3/0.1=30 microns The liquid inlet volume is about 8L/hr, compressed air requires 0.2MPA, and the intersection point is about 30 microns,
If other sizes of droplets are needed, first determine the processing capacity, draw a vertical axis, find the approximate particle size, then find the intersection point, and find the compressed air pressure. Note: According to the influence parameters of density, viscosity, and other parameters of the material on the fog droplets, the final average particle size should be within 30 ± △ 3, [-27,33]
